Tecnodinamica cutting machines are fully automated and designed for high production of sheets and profiles in EPS and XPS.

The Tecnodinamica cutting lines are provided with an unique oscillation system with opposing frames for an unmatched surface finish.

Thanks to fastest wires setting system on the market, it’s possible to perform frequent production changeover minimising machine downtime.

The Tecnodinamica EPS block cutting lines are equipped with laser systems for high-precision wire tension control that maximise working speed.

Furthermore, each cutting machine is provided of an innovative wires cooling system, developed by Tecnodinamica, to increase the cutting speed and reduce wires breakage.

LESS WASTE, MORE PRODUCT

The wires setting system drastically reduces the problems related to machine obsolescence and ensures positioning accuracy even after thousands of cycles.

Tecnodinamica has developed systems for recovering top and bottom scraps, up to only 5mm thick, regardless of the density of the material. The extreme reliability of these systems allows maximum yield of the machines downstream the cutting line, such as automatic packaging system.

CONNECTIVITY 4.0

Tecnodinamica’s machines are controlled by state-of-the-art HMIs, for a better user experience.

The process status are displayed directly over the machine’s graphic layout, where graphic indicators allow a quick resolution of failures/stops. The machine library allows to check the events calendar, diagnostic messages and working cycles with relevant process data and graphs at any time.

The possibility of connecting to softwares such as ERP and MES, by exporting process data to SQL database, allows to integrate machines with the enterprise information system to get, manage and send all that information that can be used to optimize production activities as a whole.
